Veritas Legal, CMS INDUSLAW act on Raphe mPhibr $100 million fundraise

This is the largest round of private funding raised by an Indian company in this industry to date.

Raphe mPhibr Private Limited has raised $100 million in a primary funding round, led by General Catalyst, along with investors Think Investments and HNI investors.

Veritas Legal acted for Raphe mPhibr on this fundraise. The Firm provided assistance in strategic advisory, transaction documentation and general counsel to Raphe mPhibr and the Founders on the fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Manav Raheja (Senior Partner).

A Noida-based startup, Raphe mPhibr manufactures unmanned aerial vehicles/drones.The company's products range from light-weight agile surveillance drones to high-endurance heavy-lift logistics drones.

This is the largest round of private funding raised by an Indian company in this industry to date.
