DeHaat, an online platform that offers full-stack agricultural services to farmers in India, raised USD 115 million in the series D round of funding.

The round was led by Sofina and Lightrock. Temasek and existing investors Prosus Ventures, RTP Global, Sequoia Capital India and FMO also participated in the new round.

Vertices Partners advised DeHaat with a team led by Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman.

Cyril Amarchand Mangdaldas advised Sofina with a team led by Partner, Nagavalli G.

Trilegal advised Lightrock with a team led by Partner, Gautam Singh

JSA advised Temasek with a team led by Partner, Vikram Raghani.

Desai & Diwanji acted for Institutional investor - Omnivore, and FMO on the transaction. The team was led by Partner Siddharth Mody and Associate Partner Rahul Deodhar.
