G.O.A.T. Brand Labs Pte. Ltd. made a secondary acquisition of 76.7% stake of Chumbak Design Private Limited from existing investors for ₹120 crores.

Vertices Partners advised G.O.A.T. Brands Labs with a team led by Siddharth Raja (Senior Partner) along with Vani Panicker (Associate Partner) and Samrat Roy (Associate Partner). Founder & Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
