PEP Technologies has entered into a Joint Venture with Kriti Sanon and launched a new skincare brand, Hyphen (Kreative Beauty Pvt. Ltd).

Vertices Partners advised PEP Technologies and its promoters.

The transaction team was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner) along with Siddharth Bhargava (Associate Manager).

Vinayak Burman (Founder & Managing Partner) and Archana Khosla Burman (Founder Partner) provided strategic inputs.

Naik Naik & Company advised Sanonymous Creations LLP and Collective Artists Network India Private Ltd.
