PhysicsWallah Private Limited and Utkarsh Classes & Edutech Private Limited have entered into a joint venture to foray into new test preparation categories.

Vertices Partners advised PhysicsWallah with a team led by Vikrant Anand (Associate Partner) along with Anushree Pathak (Senior Associate). 

Vertices Partners also advised Utkarsh Classes with a team led by Amit Manubarwala (Senior Partner) along with Vishal Mehta (Partner) and Vani Panicker (Associate Partner).
