Planetfirst Green Private Limited has sold 40% shareholding in the Company to POCL Enterprises Limited for ₹19 crore.

The transaction was led by Amit Manubarwala (Senior Partner), along with a team that included Vishal Mehta (Partner) and Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager).
