VERTICES, Argus, JSA, Antares act on FlipSpaces $50 million Series C fundraise

FlipSpaces will utilise the fresh capital to scale its business across India, the USA, and the UAE.

Flipspaces Technology Labs Private Limited, an interior design tech startup, has raised $50 million through a Series C fundraise from CE-Invests, Panthera Growth Partners and the SMBC Asia Rising Fund.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised FlipSpaces on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vishal Mehta (Equity Partner), along with a team that included Varun Kaka (Principal Associate), Vidhhii Shah (Associate Manager) and Stuti Jain (Associate).

Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Argus Partners advised UAE-based CE-Invests, the strategic investments platform of Crescent Enterprises, on their investment in FlipSpaces.

FlipSpaces will utilise the fresh capital to scale its business across India, the USA, and the UAE, deepen supply-chain integration, and further enhance its proprietary technology stack with AI-led interventions.
