Demi-fine Fashion Private Limited (Palmonas) has raised ₹55 crore [$6.3 million] in Series A Funding Round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India (SEAI).

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Palmonas on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vikrant Anand (Equity Partner) along with a team that included Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager) and Associates Liji Anna Thomas and Hemant Srivastava.

Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
