Vertices Partners, DSK Legal act on JV between Vellvette Lifestyle and Kareena Kapoor Khan

The JV has been entered into through Quench Botanics, a Korean brand for specialized beauty products.

Sugar Cosmetics' parent company Vellvette Lifestyle Private Limited has entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with Kareena Kapoor Khan, through Quench Botanics Private Limited, for specialized beauty products.

As a strategic investor, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be a co-owner of Quench Botanics.

Vertices Partners represented Vellvette Lifestyle and Quench Botanics in this transaction.
