Vertices, Spice Route act on ICICI acquisition of 9.49% stake in Indiafilings

The acquisition is of 2,29,600 equity shares of Indiafilings.

ICICI Bank has acquired 9.49% stake in Verve Financial Services (Indiafilings) for about Rs. 20 crores.

Vertices Partners advised ICICI Bank with a team led by Partner Vishal Mehta. Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Spice Route Legal advised Indiafilings with a team led by Partner Mathew Chacko.

The acquisition is of 2,29,600 equity shares of Indiafilings.

Verve Financial Services operates 'Indiafilings' platform, which provides services from incorporation of company, trademark registrations, tax filings, compliance, payroll management and other business services to MSMEs, corporates and entrepreneurs.
