Mumbai-based healthy snack brand Open Secret has raised Series B round of funding led by Ananta Capital.

The round also saw the participation from Gautham Kumara, Chairman – Asia at Mckinsey & Co. along with existing investors, Matrix Partners India and Sixth Sense Ventures.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Open Secret and its Promoters with a team led by Partner Vishal Mehta along with Associate Partner Vani Panicker and Senior Associate, Anushree Pathak.

Founder & Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Open Secret will deploy the funds to launch products, build team, invest in tech infrastructure and expand its omnichannel distribution network
