Water and Shark Legal has acted as legal and strategic advisor to Fox Cooling Group, a market leader in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contracting sector, on its global corporate restructuring.

The mandate focused on aligning the Group’s corporate and governance framework with its long-term vision, while designing a succession plan for the Promoter to ensure a seamless transition of leadership and preservation of business continuity.

The transaction was led by Harsh Patel (Managing Partner), with support from Shehbaazali Fazalbhoy (Associate Partner), and Adnan Khan (Tax Manager).
