Water & Shark Legal acted as legal counsel to Pepagora, a leading integrated global B2B marketplace, in connection with a strategic fundraising round from investors and a concurrent group restructuring exercise.

The mandate involved providing comprehensive legal and strategic advisory, covering investment structuring, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, advising on governance and control frameworks, and ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory and commercial objectives.

As part of the broader engagement, Water & Shark Legal also advised Pepagora on a group restructuring exercise to consolidate shareholding, streamline management and reporting structures, and enhance governance standards, thereby positioning the company for its next phase of growth and future fundraising activities.
