Frex has raised ₹9.5 crore from a pre-seed funding round, co-led by Zeropearl and White Venture Capital, with participation from strategic angel investors including Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Varun Khaitan and Raghav Chandra (co-founders, Urban Company), Pradeep Parameswaran, Kunal Shah (Founder, CRED), and Rishabh Goel (Founder, Credgenics).

Lex Consult advised lead investor Zeropearl Fund - I on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Naresh Pareek (Partner), and included Associates Vibhor Jain and Riya Trivedi.

The funding will support Frex’s plans to scale its operations, strengthen its technology and compliance framework, and expand its footprint across key markets.
