Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II (TCHF) has made both primary and secondary investments amounting to ₹55 crore in Anderson Diagnostic Services Private Limited.

Pioneer Legal assisted TCHF in this investment.

The transaction team consisted of Mayank Mehta (Partner), Adwait Munje (Senior Associate), Khushboo Jha (Associate) and Shivek Sharma (Associate).

Veda Corporate Advisors Private Limited were the legal advisors of Anderson.

VNS Legal were the advisors to the Promoters of Anderson.
