AK and Partners is a corporate and commercial law firm. The firm is a full-service organization dealing in corporate transactions, advisory and litigation. The firm also undertake regulatory practice such as energy, banking, food safety etc.
The firm is looking to hire for the following positions in Delhi.
Positions: 2 (Two)
PQE: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Bachelors in law
Skills
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and ability to present and discuss information, including legal issues and transactions clearly and concisely.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments, and prioritise simultaneously.
Adept in the interpretation of various laws and statutes.
Drafting.
Negotiation.
Adept at reviewing work allocated and submitted by interns.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review and finalize contracts with minimal supervision.
Apply legal principles and draw on experience to formulate and suggest actions toward solving problems faced by the client.
Perform legal research to resolve legal issues and determine the appropriate course of action regarding a particular issue/case.
Assist and brief Partners and Senior Associates in the allocated matters.
Coordinate with other team members on open matters to ensure timely completion through review, escalation, etc.
Handle day-to-day client deliverables independently, wherever possible.
Review documents/ work submitted by interns from time to time.
Perform other duties as and when assigned or required.
Requirements: Experience in general corporate and transactional law.
Positions: 1 (One)
PQE: 4+ Years
Location: New Delhi
Qualification: Law graduate with LLM, with 4 plus years post qualification experience in corporate and commercial transaction, regulatory advisory and dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration).

Scope of Work
Candidate shall be expected to be an all-rounder handling all work undertaken by the firm.
Candidate shall be expected to lead the corporate team and supervise the execution of work by Associates.
