AK Mylsamy & Associates LLP is looking to hire a senior associates with 5+ years of experience in Chennai & Mumbai.
Open Positions: One at Chennai office & one at Mumbai office (Total 2).
PQE: 5+ Years
Location: Chennai & Mumbai.
Experience
Litigation: Experience in Corporate, Civil & Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy; The Candidate must be capable of handling work independently on litigation cases before various Courts particularly before the High Courts, NCLT and NCLAT.
Non-Litigation: Experience in Contracts and Corporate Transactions.
The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of Law, communication, drafting and research skills and must be able to work effectively with teams.
Candidates pursuing or having a C.S or C.A qualification are preferred.

Lawyers having a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in at least two or more of the areas mentioned above can apply.
Residents in Chennai and Mumbai are preferred.
