ANG Partners, Advocates and Solicitors is looking to hire an Associate for its Real Estate, Dispute Resoloution practice with 2-3 years post-qualification experience in New Delhi.

Job Qualification and Minimum Requirements

  • LLB ( 3 years or 5 years integrated course).

  • The job is mainly pertaining to Real Estate Dispute Resoloution, the main forums of practices are Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCDRC, SCDRC, DCDRC, RERA and RERA Appellate Tribunals.

  • Candidate should have a prior experience of practice in the above forums on the the above subject matter.

  • Candidates having knowledge and practice of the Civil Courts of Delhi is an addition.

  • Candidate must have an analytical bent of mind and should be willing to work and learn in a demanding environment and the areas of law being practised by the Firm.

  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills and legal acumen is a pre-requisite.

  • The main requirement is for practice in Real Estate Sector.

Number of Position/s: 1 (One).

Remuneration offered (INR per annum):

Salary will be as per industry standards and is negotiable for suitable candidates.
