Areete Law Offices is looking to hire Senior or Principal Associates in Delhi.

Number of Positions:  3 (three)

PQE: 4 - 7 years

Location: South Delhi

Qualification: LL.B with a reputed law college. CS or CA as an additional qualification will be preferred.

Job Description 

• Candidate should be a self-starter and possess excellent spoken and written English;

• Candidate should have extensive transactional (M&A) experience with analytical, research and drafting skills;

• Candidate should have domain expertise in Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI laws.

Remuneration: As per market standards.
