Job Description
Area of practice - 1. Civil and commercial litigation, IBC matters and Arbitration. 2. Criminal matters
Scope of work majorly involves drafting of SLP/ Appeals/ Petitions/ applications/ reply/ rejoinder etc. and appearances before courts.
Courts - Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC and arbitration.
Remuneration: ₹5.4 lakhs to ₹9 lakhs per annum.
