Chambers of Kartik Seth, an Advocate-on-Record firm is looking to hire senior litigation associates and an office clerk in Delhi.

Senior litigation associates

Positions: Two

PQE: 3-7 Years

Location: Delhi

Job Description

  • Candidate should have at least three years of prior experience in litigation in the Supreme Court

  • Should know drafting, filing, defects removal, making brief notes, etc.

  • Must know legal research, maintaining case files in the office, and organizing case-related documents during the course of the proceedings

  • Independently brief and coordinate with senior counsels engaged by the firm

  • Comfortable with out station travel for matters.

Remuneration: ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000/- (Based on experience / merit, in line with industry standards)

The candidate must be willing to join from 1 July 2023.

Office Clerk

Positions: One

PQE: 6-10 years

Location: Delhi

Job Description

  • At least 6 years of prior experience in Supreme Court

  • Good understanding of making bills, handling accounts of the office.

  • Should know e-filing and physical filing both, defects removal, dealing with registry etc.

  • Must know organisation of files, handling of office machinery, stationery.

Remuneration: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000/- (Based on experience / merit, in line with industry standards)

The candidate must be willing to join from 1 July 2023.
