Chir Amrit Legal LLP is looking to hire associates / senior associates in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Surat.
Positions: Ten
PQE: 2-5 Years for the Corporate Division;
0-3 Years for the rest.
Location: The post in the Corporate Division is in Surat;
The other nine positions are based out of Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai.
Qualification: Law Graduate for the Corporate Division;
Chartered Accountant / Lawyer / Company Secretary for the remaining positions.
Job Description
General associates / senior associates: Tax Advisory and Litigation; Management Consultancy.
For the Corporate Division:
Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, Employment and Labour Laws, Real Estate Laws.
Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues.
Good legal drafting capabilities.
Good interpersonal skills.
Experience/interest in handling general corporate advisory and corporate commercial transactions.
Remuneration:
6 - 15 lakhs per annum for the position in the Corporate Division.
As per industry norms for the rest of the vacancies.
