Ikigai Law is looking to hire an associate for its Venture Capital team that takes pride in its work on funding deals for cutting-edge technology deals.

PQE: 2-5 Years
Location: Delhi / Bangalore
Qualification: Law degree and two years of relevant work experience.
Job Description
The team has advised on India's largest VC deals in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector, amongst others.
Relevant and comprehensive VC experience and good understanding of the fundraising cycle is a prerequisite.

Requirements
2-5 years PQE with at least 2 years of relevant venture capital experience is non-negotiable.
The candidate should have some VC negotiation experience and basic understanding of ODI and flip transactions, FEMA, convertible notes.
Remuneration: ₹12 - ₹24 lakhs per annum.
