Job Description and Requirements
We are a leading IP law firm in Mumbai.
We are looking for qualified and experienced IP Law Attorneys to join as Associates.
The role involves litigation and non-litigation activities, both.

Skills
Three to four years of relevant experience in the field of IP laws (trademark, copyright, industrial design, business laws).
Multitasking skills with good time management in high-volume environment.
Proficient in computer applications.
Role and Responsibilities
Drafting, verifying, validating, finalizing legal documents/ formats related to assignments of trademark, copyright, industrial design, business laws.
Drafting and attending IP-related lawsuit matters in collaboration with the team.
Handling IP prosecution, opposition procedures.
Representing clients at IP statutory bodies and courts, when required.
Giving legal advice to clients, when required.
Remuneration: ₹3 Lakhs to ₹3.5 Lakhs
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 monthly + travelling allowance
