IPR Law Associates is looking to hire Associates in Mumbai.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 3 - 4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: LLB from recognized university and Sanad (eligible to practice law in courts)

Job Description and Requirements

  • We are a leading IP law firm in Mumbai.

  • We are looking for qualified and experienced IP Law Attorneys to join as Associates.

  • The role involves litigation and non-litigation activities, both.

  • The firm offers opportunities to work independently on behalf of the firm and achieve career growth.

Skills

  • Three to four years of relevant experience in the field of IP laws (trademark, copyright, industrial design, business laws).

  • Multitasking skills with good time management in high-volume environment.

  • Proficient in computer applications.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drafting, verifying, validating, finalizing legal documents/ formats related to assignments of trademark, copyright, industrial design, business laws.

  • Drafting and attending IP-related lawsuit matters in collaboration with the team.

  • Handling IP prosecution, opposition procedures.

  • Representing clients at IP statutory bodies and courts, when required.

  • Giving legal advice to clients, when required.

Remuneration: ₹3 Lakhs to ₹3.5 Lakhs

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 monthly + travelling allowance
