Lalji Advocates is looking to hire a Legal Associates with 1-2 years post-qualification experience in Noida.
Job Qualification and Minimum Requirements:
Researched and drafted various stages of prosecution in trademark opposition, rectification proceedings before Trademark Registry;
Researched and drafted various initiation and appeal stages of rectification proceeding before the Hon’ble Intellectual Property Appellate Board;
Drafted varied agreements, notices relating to trademark and other related aspects
Drafted an Application for producing documentary evidence
Number of Position/s: 5 (Five)
Remuneration offered (INR per annum): 20,000-35000 per month.
