• Drafting Patent Specifications

• Filing and prosecuting at the Indian Patent Office

• Journal watch services

• Comprehensive patent searching with analysis and legal option for-

  - Prior art

  - Novelty

  - Patentability

  - Whit space analysis

  - Litigation support

• Oppositions

  - Pre grant and post grant

  - Observations submissions

  - Ex- parte and inter partes proceedings

• Post registration services such as renewals and filing statements of working.

Remuneration offered: Commensurate with industry standards, experience and capability.
