A litigation chambers practising in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various tribunals, and trial courts is looking to hire two junior associates in Delhi.
Number of Positions: 2 (Two)
PQE: 4-5 years
Location: Delhi
Qualification: LLB
Legal research and preparing briefing / case notes.
Drafting appeals and writ petitions before the High Court of Delhi, SLPs, and other pleadings before the Supreme Court.
Supervising filing of cases by clerks before the Supreme Court and High Court.
Assistance in hearing before Courts and Tribunals.
Any administrative work relating to cases etc.
Preference will be given to candidates with interest and background in criminal law, administrative law, taxation laws and Constitutional law.
₹75,000 per month
