Advocate Kumar's Office is looking to hire a litigation associate in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 1 (one)

PQE: 2-4 years

Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi

Qualification: B.A. LL.B. or LL.B.

Job Description and Requirements

  • Mr. Kumar's office consists of a niche litigation team that handles commercial, civil, constitutional, property and service litigation in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court.

  • Arbitration is also one of our core practice areas.

  • The client portfolio includes leading public and private corporations, public universities, statutory entities and individuals.

  • The Associate will be required to handle high-stakes commercial and other disputes.

  • She/ he must have the ability to think and make decisions independently.

  • The Associate will be given varied experience in drafting, client handling, researching and court appearances to develop her/ his skills.

  • The experience of the applicants must be primarily in the civil litigation area.

  • Applicants should have good communication skills (both oral and written).

  • They should have the capacity to handle big drafts and pleadings needed in heavy commercial and civil disputes.

  • Lawyers with experience in civil litigation will be preferred.

Remuneration: ₹5 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs
