Nyaayam Associates LLP is looking to hire Senior Associates in Delhi and Mumbai.

Number of Positions: 4 (Four) - Two in Delhi and Two in Mumbai

PQE: 3-6 Years

Location: Delhi and Mumbai

Qualification: BA LLB from a recognized university along with Bar enrollment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidate should be enrolled as an Advocate with Post Qualification Experience of 3-6 years.

  • Candidate must be proficient in English language (both oral and written).

  • Candidate must have prior drafting experience and should have ideally handled corporate clients.

  • Candidate is required to have demonstrable knowledge of civil and commercial laws.

  • Candidate should have excellent research and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.

  • Candidate should be self-motivated, must be willing to learn and take initiative.

  • Candidate should take complete responsibility and ownership of the cases that they are involved with.

  • Candidate should be ideally looking for a long term engagement

  • Candidate should be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and Google Workspace.

Scope of Work

The work would involve drafting, researching, briefing and assisting in hearings, primarily before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, NCLT, consumer forums, other Tribunals and the High Courts, including strategizing about various civil/commercial matters across the country.

The work may also include drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting agreements.

Remuneration: As per market standards (Competitive)
