Office of Bhavya Nain, Ex-DJS is looking to hire a legal content writer in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 1 (one)

PQE: Minimum one year is a must

Location: Delhi

Qualification: LL.M degree is a must.

Company Description

The job opening is for the position of a legal content writer to work in close association with Mr. Bhavya Nain, Ex-Delhi Judicial Services (DJS), who is currently engaged in providing mentorship and coaching for Judicial Services Examinations to the law students of Delhi-NCR Region. The office is currently located in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at the office of Mr. Bhavya Nain, Ex- Delhi Judicial Services (DJS) for a legal content writer.

The legal content writer will be responsible for conducting legal research and writing research materials for the benefit of judicial aspirants as per the directions and curriculum given to them.

They will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on developments in legislation, legal regulations, and case law through research and review of legal documents and publications.

They will be responsible for making course materials and study materials for judicial aspirants in a time-bound manner.

They will also be responsible for making the MCQ database, making question papers, checking answer sheets, and designing courses for the various law exams.

They must follow the guidelines and complete tasks in a time-bound manner as set out by Mr. Bhavya Nain.

Job Description and Requirements

  • Experience in the use of legal software such as SCC Online and Manupatra is a must.

  • Must have flair and proficiency in legal writing.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Indian law and regulations.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Preference will be given to those who have previously written law articles for law journals and law magazines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a time-bound manner.

  • Ability to multitask and take on additional tasks as may be assigned to them.

  • The applicant must be an ordinary resident of Delhi-NCR

Remuneration: A consolidated lump-sum of ₹40,000/- per month.
