Job Description and Requirements
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various real estate and corporate law matters.
Candidates will be expected to draft conveyance documents and other contracts, conduct due diligence, represent clients in negotiations, undertake legal research and develop legal strategies.
The candidate should possess experience in the field of real estate law, commercial contracts and redevelopment.
The candidate shall be fluent in English and Marathi.
Remuneration: ₹40,000/- to ₹60,000/- per month (depending on work experience of the candidate)
