A renewable energy sector company specialising in wind and solar power projects is looking to hire a lawyer, proficient in Telugu, in an Assistant General Manager (AGM) role for their office in Hyderabad.
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
PQE: 10-15 years
Location: Hitech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Qualification: LLB, Bar Council Registration, proficient in Telugu
Advising on power generation regulatory framework.
Drafting and negotiation JBAs, loan agreements, construction and supply agreements, EPC agreements, among others.
Advising on corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, insurance, and sustainability issues.
Advise and represent the Company in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters.
INR 30 - 35 lakhs per annum
