Saga Legal is looking to hire Principal Associate in Delhi.

PQE: 6+ years
Location: New Delhi
Qualification: LLB
Advisory and Commercial Contracts:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
Providing day-to-day legal advice to domestic and international clients across sectors.
Advising on legal aspects of business operations, structuring, and commercial transactions.
Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance:
Advising clients on compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI
regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
Liaising with regulatory bodies such as ROC, RBI, MCA, etc.
M&A, Joint Ventures and Investments:
Conducting legal due diligence and preparing DD reports.
Drafting and negotiating term sheets, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, JV agreements.
Advising on transaction structuring and deal execution.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver client-centric, business-oriented legal solutions.
Self-driven and capable of managing high-pressure situations and multiple complex matters simultaneously.
Effective communicator with excellent articulation, presentation and interpersonal skills suited for senior client engagement.
Experience in team leadership, mentoring and promoting knowledge-sharing and compliance with ethical standards.
Serve as primary client contact, handling relationship management and business development activities while leading teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
