Saga Legal is looking to hire a Senior Associate in Delhi.
Number of Positions: 1 (One)
PQE: 4-6 years
Location: New Delhi
Qualification: Law graduate (Masters degree is desirable but not mandatory)
Legal research and analysis
Ability to represent clients before Court
Handle civil, commercial and regulatory litigation matters independently or with minimal supervision
Appear before Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals (e.g., NCLAT, NCDRC, SAT) and arbitral forums
Draft pleadings, written submissions, notices and legal opinions with attention to detail
Assist in trial strategy, research, evidence review and cross-examinations
Coordinate with clients, senior counsel and internal teams for case management
Collaboration with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategies
Supervise and mentor junior associates and interns
Track and interpret recent legal developments relevant to ongoing matters
Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Ensuring compliance with legal ethics, professional standards and regulatory requirements
