Job Description
The firm is looking for dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented advocates with a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior experience in commercial, civil, and banking laws will be preferred.
The role will primarily involve handling matters including, but not limited to, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the SARFAESI Act, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
Requirements
The candidate should be proactive, possess sound legal acumen, and be willing to take responsibility in handling both court appearances and drafting work.
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
