PQE: 2 years
Location: Delhi
Qualification: LLB (3 years) or Integrated Course (5 years)
Job Description
The firm is looking for dedicated and driven advocates, preferably with prior experience in the commercial, civil and banking laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, PMLA etc.
The candidates must be keen on learning and prepared to adhere to deadlines.
The Roles and Responsibilities
Research in the above-mentioned fields of law;
Drafting pleadings before all tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court;
Appearing independently and assisting seniors before the said courts;
Rendering legal opinions to clients.
Remuneration: Negotiable as per experience / merit of the selected candidate and in line with industry standards.
