Job Description
The firm is looking for dedicated and driven advocates, preferably with prior experience in commercial, civil and banking laws such as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, PMLA, etc.
The candidates must be keen on learning and prepared to adhere to strict deadlines.
The Roles and Responsibilities
Research in the above-mentioned fields of law.
Drafting pleadings before all tribunals, High Courts, and Supreme Court.
Appearing independently as well as assisting seniors before the said courts.
Rendering legal opinions for clients.
Remuneration: Negotiable as per experience/ merit of the candidate and in line with industry standards.
