PQE: Two years of post graduation experience mandatory
Qualification: LLB, LLM

Job Description and Requirements
Experienced professional with experience in drafting, filling and appearing before NCLT, Mumbai and Appellate Tribunal for IBC matters.
Professionals experienced in Direct and Indirect Tax - Candidate should have prior experience in drafting and good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax. Candidates with prior experience in appearing before Bombay High Court, CESTAT, ITAT.
Remuneration: ₹6 lakhs per annum.
