PQE: 3-5 Years
Location: South Delhi
Qualification: BA LLB
Job Description & Requirements
The candidate is expected to work independently on matters.
The primary work will be a wide variety of litigation in all the various district forums and the High Court of Delhi.
The candidate will be required to assist and occasionally handle arbitrations independently.
Drafting is an essential aspect of the role so command over English is essential.
The candidate should have experience of original side matters.
Experience in handling evidence, cross examination would be a requirement in order to be able to fully assist in the work.
Only those based already in Delhi should apply.
Remuneration: As per Industry standards.
