Singhania & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate and a Principal Associate in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Senior Associate
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Candidates should have the ability to draft pleadings in commercial and civil litigation and commercial arbitration and handle matters independently.
• They should have appeared before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court and before the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
• They should have knowledge of the following laws: contract law, company law, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, arbitration laws, real estate and property laws, and intellectual property laws.
2. Principal Associate
• 6-8 years of post qualification experience
• Candidates should have the ability to draft and review a wide variety of commercial contracts related to real estate, employment law, and company law, and carry out due diligence.
• They should have the ability to negotiate and handle the transaction independently.
• They should have knowledge of the following laws: contract law, company law, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, arbitration laws, real estate and property laws, and intellectual property laws.
