Singhania & Partners LLP is looking to hire a Head - Practice Development in Delhi.

PQE: 6-9 years of experience in professional services firms

Location: New Delhi

Qualifications: 

• LLB specialising in Business of law.

• Prior experience in a law firm’s BD/PD function

Responsibilities 

• Ensure data hygiene, and effective data management, and conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights for decision-making;

• Compile persuasive materials for legal submission rankings, such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, IFLR etc;

• Assist in developing marketing and communication strategies to enhance the firm's brand image and reputation;

• Collaborate closely with marketing and practice development colleagues to align strategies and maximize growth opportunities;

• Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and management information systems (MIS) to monitor and drive business growth;

• Extract and analyse clients/sector/geography-focused reports to identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to expand relationships with key clients;

• Implement targeted business penetration initiatives with existing clients to drive retention and revenue growth;

• Assist partners in managing relationships with industry chambers, forums, and other vital stakeholders;

• Manage event management and analysed sponsorship proposals; and

• Develop marketing collaterals, practice area profiles, podcasts, and other social media presence.

Essential Skills

• Critical thinking skills

• Expert user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage

• Strong drive for results in a goal-driven organisation.

• Experience in managing key client stakeholder relationships (internal / external)

• Scrutinising the existing content on the website and giving inputs on ensuring the website is up to date constantly.
