Job Description & Requirements
The ideal candidate should have had experience at a law firm with extensive experience in advising, and acting for, clients on all aspects of trademark law, including oppositions, cancellations, online take-downs, domain name disputes, settlement negotiations, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc.
Experience with copyright and design prosecution would be a plus.
The candidate should have excellent drafting and analytical skills with an eye to detail, and the abilities to supervise a team of associates. They should also be able to juggle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
