Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys, an IP boutique firm, located in Noida is looking for a trademark prosecution associate.
Job Description & Responsibilities
The candidate must have prior law firm experience with the lifecycle of a trademark application and be familiar with the working of the Trade Marks Registry.
Involve handling registry related work, such as chain of title issues, responses to objections, renewals, etc. and handling foreign trade marks work, corresponding with foreign associates, etc.
Attention to detail and good writing skills are a must. Experience in a supervisory role would be a plus. Candidate must be able to handle and juggle multiple matters in a day.
