Job Description & Requirements

Looking for motivated lawyers with 1-3 years of good trademark experience, preferably in a law firm.

The candidate should be an avid learner with good drafting skills and an ability to work and prosper in a fast-paced work environment. 

Candidates having experience with a mix of trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, pre-litigation advisory, cease and desist letters, settlements, etc. would be preferred.

The firm is primarily working from the office premises in Noida and comprises a young and dynamic team.
