Job Description and Requirements
The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling trademark and copyright litigation, prosecution, enforcement and client consultations.
Day-to-day tasks will include drafting lawsuits and other legal documents, routinely appearing before the Delhi High Court and other district courts in IP matters and attending hearings at the TMO.
Advocate with post-qualification experience of at least 5 years in the practise of trademark and copyright laws.
Candidate must be competent in drafting IP-related lawsuits and other legal documents.
In addition, the applicant must have prior work experience as Associate or Senior Associate at leading IP firms.
Remuneration: ₹90,000 - ₹1,10,000 (depending on knowledge and experience).
