Number of Openings: One Senior Associate and One Associate
PQE: Senior Associate - minimum 3 years; Associate - 1 year
Qualification: Law Graduate from a reputed law university
Location: New Delhi
Job Description
The position would entail different aspects of litigation practice before district courts, various tribunals, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court, more particularly research, preparing briefs, drafting of various legal documents and conducting effective as well as non-effective appearances before courts or tribunals.
The candidate should have excellent research and drafting skills.
He should be able to draft and finalize drafts independently.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of the CPC, Negotiable Instruments Act, Commercial Courts Act, Telecom and Broadcasting Laws, IBC, Companies Act and other related laws.
