Job Description & Requirements
Team: Civil and Commercial Litigation
P.Q.E.: 0-3 years PQE
The candidate shall be required to draft pleadings involved in civil and commercial cases and arbitrations, attending client and counsel conferences, and appear and argue before the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC and other Courts and Tribunals across Delhi and other States.
