A well established and eminent corporate law firm, with full service offices across all major cities and significant overseas presence is hiring associates.

The firm has over 200 lawyers on board. It's clientele includes blue chip global MNCs and corporations, including Fortune Global 500 Corporations.

Open Positions : Two

PQE: Approximately 5 Years

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Bachelor of Law, LL.B.

Job Description

  • Looking for lawyers with a flair for drafting, presentation and excellent communication skills. An assertive and confident personality is a plus. Seeking associates for our real estate and corporate practice.

  • As a real estate lawyer the applicant should have extensive knowledge of tenancy, land acquisition, Transfer of Property and other real estate laws, across States. Seeking candidates who are capable of conducting independent due diligence, and drafting agreements, and handling tenancy disputes. Experience in litigation is mandatory.

  • As an Associate in the Corporate practice, the candidates is expected to have comprehensive knowledge of corporate laws and regulations, and banking practice. Looking for a lawyer who has the ability to deliver advisory and documentation for funding, reconstruction of stressed assets, mergers and acquisitions. Experience in litigation is a plus.

  • Looking for people who are pro-active in meeting client expectations and are sensitive to the importance of adhering to timelines. There needs to be enthusiasm for keeping up to date with current legal developments.

Remuneration: Commensurate with industry standards
