Centre notifies transfer of Justice Arun Monga from Rajasthan to Delhi High Court

Justice Monga was appointed as a judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court in October 2018.

The Central government has notified the transfer of Justice Arun Monga from the Rajasthan High Court to the Delhi High Court.

In its meeting held on May 26, the Supreme Court Collegium recommended his transfer.

Justice Monga started his law practice in 1991 at Chandigarh and later shifted to Delhi in 1997-98, where he practiced for 20 years. He was appointed as a judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court in October 2018 and later transferred to the Rajasthan High Court in November 2023.
