The results of the Common Law Admission Test 2024 (CLAT 2024) have been announced.

Jai Kumar Bohara, a student from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, has topped the undergraduate (UG) exam with 108 marks out of 118.

A total of 45 candidates (30 male and 15 female) scored among the 99.90 percentile.

The exam for entry into undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses at National Law Universities (NLUs) was held on December 3 at 139 test centres across India.

As per a press release issued by the NLU Consortium, over 1 lakh candidates applied for the UG and PG exams.

This, the Consortium stated, reflected a 34.7% increase in applications for the UG exam and a 25.8% increase in PG exam applications.

A revised provisional answer key was released on December 4, after errors were found in the initial answer key.

As per the latest release by the NLU Consortium, two questions were withdrawn in the final answer key and the answer key for one question was changed. Therefore, the paper had 118 questions instead of the initial 120.

A separate release notified that candidates can filed their grievances with the final answer key on an online portal from December 11, 12 noon.

However, grievances against the final answer key may be raised ONLY by candidates who have submitted objections as per the Consortium’s “Notification: Objections to Question Paper and Provisional Answer Key” dated December 4.

"Grievances received over email, support tickets on the website or phone calls will not be considered," the release states.

The procedure for raising grievances before the Grievance Redressal Committee is given below:

a. Login to your CLAT account;

b. Click the ‘Submit Grievance’ button;

c. State the nature of your grievance;

d. Describe your grievance (max. 1,000 characters);

e. Upload supporting documents;

f. Submit the declaration form;

g. Click the Submit button
